Personal data protection information about law n. 196/2003

Personal data collected directly and/or through third parties by the controller Comem spa, Via SS 11 Signolo 22, Montebello Vicentino (VI), are processed in printed, computing and telematic form for the performance of contractual and lawful obligations as well as for the effective handing of business relations, also for future use.
The non-submittal of data, where not compulsory, will be evaluated from time to time by the controller and the resulting decisions to be made will take into account the importance of the required data in respect of the business relation management.

Data may be disclosed, strictly in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes, and consequently processed, only in relation to the said purpose, by the other subjects:
  • our agents organization
  • factoring companies
  • banks
  • credit recovery companies
  • credit insurance company
  • business information companies
  • professional and consultants

In relation to the same purposes, data may be processed by the following classes of executors or processors:
Account, commercial, sales, quality offices.

The data subjects may exercise all the rights set forth in art. 7 of L.n. 196/2003 (including the rights of data access, updating, objects to data processing and cancellation).

Article 7 - Right to access of personal details and other rights

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal details concerning them, even if they have not yet been registered, and to receive them in intelligible form.

  2. The data subject has the right to obtain indication of:
    • the origin of the personal details;
    • the purpose and manner of their use;
    • the logic applied in the case of processing by electronic means;
    • identification of the data controller, data processor, or representative appointed as per Article 5 (2);
    • the parties or categories of parties to which the personal details can be divulged or made known as appointed representative of the State or persons in charge.

  3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
    • the update, rectification, or, when it should be of interest, the integration of the details;
    • the cancellation, transformation to anonymity, or blockage of the details used in violation of the law, including those that do not require preservation in relation to certain purposes for which the details were gathered or subsequently used;
    • a declaration that the operations as indicated in (a) and (b) have been made known, even as regards their content, to those to whom the details have been divulged or made public, except in the case that this fulfillment proves to be impossible or requires the use of clearly disproportionate means to the protection of rights.

  4. The data subject has to the right to oppose wholly or in part:
    • for legitimate reasons regarding the use of their personal details, even if pertinent to the purpose for which they were obtained;
    • to the use of their personal details for the sending of advertisements or direct sales or for the carrying out of market research or sales communications.
